1. Operator & scope

These terms govern destrocorp.com, kirvyn.com, auditscan.sh (including app. and triage subdomains) and buildopsy.com — all operated by DESTROCORP , India (remote-first). By creating an account or paying for any service, you agree to these terms plus the product-specific rules on each site.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering a contract. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping credentials secret and for all activity under your account.

3. User content & acceptable use

• You own the content you post; you grant DestroCorp a limited licence to host, display and transmit it to operate the service.
• Prohibited: illegal content, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, spam, malware, scraping at abusive rates, impersonation, or anything violating the IT Act 2000 / IT Rules 2021.
• We act on reports within 36 hours per the IT Rules 2021 (remove, restrict or respond with reasons). Report abuse to grievance@destrocorp.com.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, chargeback abuse or security risk — with reasons and an appeal path via the Grievance Officer.

4. AuditScan disclaimer (please read)

AuditScan performs deterministic static analysis. It is not a guarantee that code is free of vulnerabilities, is not a certification of compliance with any framework, and is not a substitute for manual security review. Use results at your own risk. Liability is capped per Section 7.

5. Payments

• All payments are processed by our payment processor (taxes shown separately where applicable). We do not store card/UPI credentials.
• Access is granted instantly after payment confirmation. Duplicate-charge protection uses idempotency keys.
• Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy; delivery follows the Shipping Policy (digital goods, no physical shipment).

6. Buildopsy courses & Kirvyn seats

• Kirvyn: club seats are capped (max 16). A seat is confirmed on payment; hosts set house rules consistent with these terms.
• Buildopsy: cohort access is personal and non-transferable. Viewing more than 10% of a paid module makes it non-refundable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Consumer Protection Act 2019, which preserves your statutory rights), DestroCorp's total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for third-party services (our payment processor, hosting, email delivery) beyond our control.

8. Termination

You may delete your account anytime (account pages or via grievance@destrocorp.com). We may suspend for terms violations with notice and appeal, except for urgent security/legal cases where we act first and explain within 36 hours.

9. Governing law & disputes

Indian law applies; courts in India have jurisdiction. Before filing, please allow us the 15-day grievance-resolution window — most issues settle there.

10. Changes

Material changes are announced by email at least 7 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
