How do refunds work for club seats?
Duplicate payments or seats never provisioned are refunded within 7 days of request to support@destrocorp.com. See the Refund Policy.
How is my chat data handled?
Chat messages are retained 90 days then auto-deleted. You can request earlier erasure via grievance@destrocorp.com.
